Projektmanagement Training in DeutschZur

“If you want to be trusted, be trustworthy. If you want the secondary greatness of recognized talent, focus first on the primary greatness of character.
... private victories precede public victories."

Stephen R. Covey

The Problem

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners estimates that organizations globally loose app. 6% of their income through fraud and corruption. The costs in USA are estimated at app. $400 billion (please click here for more information).

Integrity of all stakeholders is therefore a critical factor not only for the reputation of an organization but also for its efficiency.

Free trainers visit many companies and other organizations and are active for training providers. They may come across opportunities to gain benefits from unethical behavior to the disadvantage of their customers, the project management profession, the training profession and the public.

A Solution

I want to assure my customers that such opportunities will not be taken by me and that I will prioritize the sustaining of my customers reputation .

The best security one can give to a customer is submission under a code of conduct or code of ethics which should be punishable in case of violation. This is linked to a commitment to ethical behavior and acceptance of disadvantages in case of misconduct.

I submitted to the following codices:

Description Meaning Since Penalty in case of violation
1.
PMI Member Ethical Standards - Member Code of Ethics* Ethical standard for all members of PMI 1998 Sanctions by PMI Ethics Review Committee or PMI Ethics Appeal Committee

2.
PMP Code of Conduct* Behavioral standard by PMI for certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) 2001 Withdrawal of the PMP Status by PMI

3.
Transparency International (TI)Code of Conduct Behavioral standard for members of Transparency International (TI) Deutschland e.V. 2005 Sanctioning by Transparency International

Integrity Management Professional

As a member of Transparency International I am pleading for the development of a professional certification similar to the PMP or the Six Sigma Black Belt, which supports companies in securing their reputation.

I am interested in contacts to individuals and organizations who would like to support such a project.
