The Project Business Professional (PBP) qualification class is an intensive and focused training program for professionals managing cross-corporate projects under contract. In four compact but demanding 3.5-hour sessions, participants gain hands-on skills in the legal, commercial, and leadership aspects of Project Business Management. The course culminates in a certification exam built around real-world scenarios before the seminar ends.
Successful candidates earn the PBP certificate from the Project Business Foundation, demonstrating their readiness to manage customer projects not just as project managers, but as true business professionals.

Note:
- For a corporate qualification, please choose the live online or on-site version. A class session should have 3 to 20 attendees. For larger groups, please select the sessions appropriately Together, we will then find the date of the class that is suitable for you based on the availability schedule.
- On-site classes outside the Munich Metropolitan area may come with reimbursement of hotel and travelling costs.
- For customers inside Germany/EU, the formal invoice will show USt./VAT separately. For B2B customers in the EU, reverse charge applies.
