Return & Cancellation Policy
Applicable to All Seminars Booked Through OliverLehmann.com
This policy governs the cancellation, transfer, and refund conditions for all seminars offered via OliverLehmann.com. It applies to both Open Enrollment Seminars (for individuals) and Corporate Seminars (private group bookings), whether delivered online or on-site.
Section A: Open Enrollment Seminars (Individual Bookings)
These are public seminars where individual participants can register and reserve a seat.
A.1 Cancellations by Participant
- More than 30 days before seminar start:
Full refund minus a 5% processing fee. - 10 to 30 days before seminar start:
50% refund. - Less than 10 days before seminar start or after it has started:
No refund.
A.2 Transfers to a Future Seminar
- More than 14 days before the seminar:
Rescheduling allowed. Additional changes may incur a €150 administrative fee. - Less than 14 days before the seminar:
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
A.3 Participant Substitution
- Substitution of the participant is allowed free of charge if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
A.4 Cancellation by OliverLehmann.com
If a seminar is cancelled by us (e.g., due to low enrollment or force majeure), participants may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- Free transfer to a future session.
We do not cover any additional participant costs, such as travel or accommodation. We recommend booking refundable arrangements.
Section B: Corporate Seminars (Group Bookings)
These are private seminars booked by companies or institutions for internal or client-facing groups. They may be delivered either online or on-site at a client-specified location.
B.1 Cancellation by the Client
Online Corporate Seminars
- More than 90 days before scheduled start:
No cancellation fee. - 14 to 90 days before scheduled start:
50% of the seminar fee is payable. - Less than 14 days before scheduled start:
100% of the seminar fee is payable.
On-Site (In-Person) Corporate Seminars
- More than 90 days before scheduled start:
No cancellation fee.
Any already incurred travel and hotel expenses will be invoiced at cost. - 14 to 90 days before scheduled start:
50% of the seminar fee is payable, plus any non-refundable travel and hotel costs already incurred. - Less than 14 days before scheduled start:
100% of the seminar fee is payable.
All booked and non-refundable travel and hotel expenses will be charged in full.
B.2 Rescheduling Requests
Online Corporate Seminars
- More than 14 days before the seminar:
Rescheduling allowed. Additional changes may incur a €150 administrative fee. - Less than 14 days before the seminar:
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
On-Site (In-Person) Corporate Seminars
- More than 14 days before the seminar:
One rescheduling allowed, subject to trainer availability.
Any incurred non-refundable travel/hotel costs will be invoiced. - Less than 14 days before the seminar:
Rescheduling is treated as a cancellation.
Full seminar fee and travel costs are charged. A new booking is required for a future date.
B.3 Participant Substitution
Substitutions of participants are allowed at any time at no additional cost.
B.4 Cancellation by OliverLehmann.com
In the rare event we must cancel a corporate seminar (e.g., illness or force majeure), the client may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling at no additional cost.
We do not reimburse indirect costs incurred by the client (e.g., internal travel, room bookings, participant costs). We strongly advise clients to make flexible travel and lodging arrangements for on-site seminars.
General Conditions
- All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (email sufficient).
- Refunds are processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
- For seminars that include digital or printed materials:
If cancellation occurs after access or delivery, the cost of materials may be deducted from the refund.
